heyy I’m B, I’m 27, my bias is yoongi because aughhhh he’s so sweet and so smart and so talented and I love how seriously he takes his music, I just love him a lot & hearing him talk about his mental health issues has meant so so much to me. I sort of fell into BTS when I was going through a pretty bad relapse in my depression late last year / early this year and yeah. anyway a truth is that I feel too old to have got this into BTS? but here I am hahaha. also your blog is lovely 💕

Hey, Mimi! My name is Adriana and I’m 17 years old. My bias is Jungkook, and I’ve been an Army for a year now. I relate to him because I don’t use words to express myself, I do it with music. My dream is to become a singer but I live with my aunt because my parents died. Mom when I was 3 and dad when I was 15. I struggle with depression and Anxiety, but I want to be happy and music does that to me. My family doesn’t support me. I hope one day I could prove that dreams do really come true!! 💓✨

Mimi~! I saw the PJ party post about Suga and mental illness. I’m 35, and I see a professional every few months bc my mind chemistry needs a consistent low dose of medicine to help my anxiety. I love all the boys, but Suga is really relatable for me too. I’m so happy he talks about it and helps others! 💜 – Ash

Hi, this is Crystal, close to 30, a devoted Yoongi & OT7 fan. Not a big secret but I really love Yoongi & have been touched and inspired by him many times. I heard his mixtape last year and it set off something in me, been planning my own mixtape since then. Many things happened this year: I’m finally off depression meds, writing, mixtape etc. Just want to tell you all, any age you can be a fan, they can change your life and it’s real, go chase your dreams, & Yoongi is the emperor of my heart 💝

Hello Mimi! My name is Morgan, I’m 16 and my Bias is Hoseok. I’m extremely excited for Jintro, they said ly tear was his time, I think ly answer is too! And my secret is that I have extreme social anxiety and depression. Only my family knows. Currently I’m going to therapy to fight my social anxiety and am often having suicidal thoughts, there’s 2 things that stop me; my family, and the idea that I need to make them and BTS proud!

Hiiiii this is roni and i am 25 yrs, my bias is jhope ( cuz he is such a got it all superstar ) … anyway on to the secret .. a few years ago i was really depressed that i wrote a suicidal letter and planed to end my life but was saved by god .. now am happier and accomplished so much for myself and even for my family .. so please a message to everyone it gets better .. do not wait for life to get easier but you must get stronger and work harder ❤️

Starting this blog I realized once again how mental illness is serious. I also realized that it’s more common than many thinks. But what I was amazed to realize was to see the big hope and inspiration this kind of asks can give to many. BTS when they published Love Yourself I am sure they knew too just how self-love is important and how our generation is more insecure than any other generation ever. I wish all courage.
