How to stay optimistic?

I think we are all born optimistic but life, age, circumstances and ourselves get to decide to become way too realistic or pessimistic. You know the saying glass half empty, glass half full. You just need to learn and make yourself believe that things will get better even in the harshest times. That there will be light at the end of the tunnel. That after we get hurt we can heal. To not lose hope and to keep the faith. How to be optimistic? Actually, I don’t really know. Maybe just a will to be happy and worry less?

How do I make a decision?

We all had those hard decisions to make. Where you don’t know whether to follow your heart, people around you or your own mind. Everyone and everything speaks a different language in your head and the road gets way too confusing. In times like this the answer is YOU. will you be happy after you make that decision? Will you be able to give it your all even at days you barely sleep? Will you do it for free for the rest of your life? Simply: Will you love it? Do you love it?. At times of decisions like those, I advise you to look at what you won’t regret even if you fail in and to not be scared of failure.
