JIN PURCHASED A VILLA!

NEWS:  Jin purchased a villa in Seoul’s most expensive apt building (Hannam the Hill-aka BTS’ dorm) in March for ₩1.9B ($1.69M) in cash without any loans. He purchased a room in the building but live w the BTS members in a larger space in the building. Market price ₩6B($5.32M).  The article said BTS is also known for their good character & are being praised by neighbors. When their eyes meet w neighbors, they always smile and say hello. The neighbors have good impressions of BTS for their humble attitude despite their Global top star status.  This building is known for its good geographical feng shui & preferred by celebrities & well-known figures in politics & finance. It has a gym, swimming pool, screen golf practice room, sauna, meeting room, club house, and more where residents can enjoy the premium life
